  • How To Order

    Ordering in our website is so simple. Just follow these 4 easy steps!

    1. Select An Item. add quantity and click the “Add to cart” button.


    2. Choose Shipping Method. You will be redirected to the cart page. Here you can select the shipping method. You may also want to “Calculate Shipping”  before checking out.

    3. Add Billing and Shipping Address.  If you do not have an account in our system, you need to fill up the information. If you do have and you’re logged in, these will be automatically filled up. Choose different shipping address if you’re buying a gift for your friend / relatives.

    4. Choose Payment Option. In the checkout page, you will be asked to choose your preferred payment options.  If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal’s secure website and will be redirected back to our website once the payment is successful. If you choose Money Transfer / Bank Deposit you will see our bank details after placing an order.

    5. Order Complete! Your order is complete once you click the “Place Order” button.You will receive an email that contains complete details on how to pay. Please check your spam if you do not see our email within minutes.

  • Direct credit card payments

    Great news vapers! Planet Vape is now accepting direct credit card payments thru our secure Paypal page. Just follow these 5 simple steps.

     

  • How can I track Orders?

    Just go to your account or in home page and add your tracking code here:

  • How to add items to cart?

    First, select the product category you want to add to cart.

    Then you can click the “Add to cart” button on the product list.

  • Why is my order taking so long to ship?

    If your order falls on one of the Philippine holidays, expect the shipping to be processed after that. Planet Vape has the rights to delay any shipping that falls on Philippine holidays.

    If your order has been made before the holiday and took the 2-3 days processing, Planet Vape will do its best to send your product before the courier’s cut-off delivery on that said holiday. Planet Vape will inform you if your order has been processed and shipped.

  • I can’t see any emails about my order.

    Planet Vape’s system never fails to send a notification once your order was successfully placed.

    It may be under your spam mails. Kindly add our email address (PlanetVapePh@gmail.com) in your contact before you shop.

    Once you added our email address, you will never have problems on receiving emails about your order in the future. Please see the actual email you should receive regarding your order. It should come from our planetvapeph@gmail.com via server.planetvape-server.com
